Siobhan is a Partner in Jersey and has over 20 years’ experience in offshore financial markets. Her audit clients range across real estate, private equity, retail, family office and fund management sectors.

Siobhan leads the Channel Islands Real Estate Sector Group. She has deep experience in managing complex private equity and real estate structures including pan-European group structures across all sectors. Siobhan leads Deloitte's largest real estate and private equity relationships.

In addition Siobhan drives the Wellbeing programme with Deloitte, reflected by having successfully won the Wellbeing World Inclusion and Belonging award for 2 years running.

Karl Hairon is Managing Partner of the Jersey office at PwC Channel Islands and leads the Channel Islands external audit practice. He has spent over 25 years working with clients across all areas of financial services but in recent years has predominantly focused on alternative asset managers and products and looking after a number of PwC's banking clients. He is highly experienced working with established operators, as well as start-ups, and is a trusted advisor to numerous clients as they have grown more successful. Karl brings the international reach of PwC to his clients and has an extensive network of global contacts gained from working in many countries.

Jamie joined PwC in 2006 and qualified as a chartered accountant in 2009. He began his career working on financial statement audits in the Cambridge audit practice, before moving to London to work for the firm's Risk & Quality team in 2013. Since then, Jamie has specialised in audit methodology and risk management, and recently completed a 2 year secondment in Florida US, working for PwC's Global Methodology group.

Sundip joined CDSB’s technical team in 2019 after spending four years representing the UK private equity and venture capital industry. At the British Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (BVCA), he led on several policy areas including responsible and impact investing; accounting, reporting and legal developments; and a governance initiative to improve transparency within the industry. Previously, Sundip trained as a chartered accountant at Deloitte in the Banking and Capital Markets group and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). He has an MA in Land Economy from Cambridge. Sundip supports the CDSB’s technical work programme to drive uptake of the TCFD recommendations and enhance reporting of climate, natural capital and environmental information globally.

Harry Briggs is an Associate Director in the audit practice at KPMG in the Crown Dependencies. Having trained and worked in London, Harry moved to the Channel Islands in 2016. His client base includes a number of London premium listed and private investment funds in the credit, infrastructure and renewables sectors. Harry also specialises in ESG reporting/assurance and corporate governance.

Richard is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution team at Appleby in Guernsey, specialising in corporate and commercial litigation and regulatory matters. His regulatory focus is on data protection, AML and compliance, technology and eGaming. Richard has acted for a range of local and global institutions on complex, cross-border disputes involving funds, banking and investment relationships and trusts. Many of the cases he has worked on involve fraud, asset tracing and applications for injunctive relief, or regulatory issues (such as enforcement, AML, bribery or sanctions), often resulting in ground-breaking judgements, both in Guernsey and England.

Richard has been working on data protection matters for some years and is at the forefront of advising on Guernsey´s new Data Protection Law and GDPR. He sits on the States of Guernsey´s GDPR Industry Working Party and is both a Committee member of the Association of Data Protection Officers and a qualified GDPR Practitioner.
